The Business Development & Operations Manager leads SafeCare’s business development, operations and market expansion within United Republic of Tanzania. The role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on execution ability, and sales skills to grow the base of self-paying clients. The role is vital for SafeCare’s transformation into a financially sustainable model. The role is responsible and accountable for the overall success of the SafeCare business.
In addition, the role contributes to and helps shape the broader Pharm Access Tanzania sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment between Safe Care's objectives and Pharm Access's overall sustainability agenda in United Republic of Tanzania.

1.years of proven business development experience preferably in healthcare or service-based industries with demonstrated progressive seniority in a complex environment. 2. Strong hands-on execution and problem-solving skills. 3. Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow revenue pipelines. 4.Demonstrated strong strategy setting business and process planning review and reporting skills. 5.Strong troubleshooting and risk mitigation skills. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills . 6.Strong customer relationship management abilities. 7.Proficiency with CRM systems for contract management and sales tracking. 8.Analytical skills with ability to translate data into decisions.9. Strong project and operations management experience. 10. Ability to work independently with a proactive "can-do" mentality. 11. High level of integrity adaptability and teamwork.
